How can I resize all elements on a VISIO chart?

I am a new Visio user and don't see an option to proportionally downsize all
elements in a Visio chart in order to add a title box to the top. Can this
be done?

In Visio 2007, you can just select a number of shapes and resize them all
using the edges/corners of the displayed green rectangle.

You can also use scaling to make the page bigger, but print on the same size
paper.

Stretch the drawing page by selecting an edge and hold down the CTRL key. On
the Print Setup page of the Page Setup Dialog, choose "Fit to" 1 sheet.

To stretch drawing sheet so I can fit all data onto one screen, I just have
to select edge and hold down ctrl key? I have been trying to figure out how
to get all data onto one sheet and I keep running out of room...it is driving
me crazy!!!!!!!

Are you asking a question?
You have to hold down the CTRL key before trying to select the edge of the
page with the mouse

Thank you very much, this will really help me out as I am indeed a new user
and having difficulty navigating Visio world....I am trying to utilize the
help but find searching key words hard when not sure of the language. I am
now signed up for an online Visio course so I will get better with
