how can i restore my taskbars and menus to the office defaults

someone deleted most of my taskbars in WORD including the standard and
formatting taskbars. I uninstalled Office and deleted microsoft folders but
when I reinstalled from the original office 2000 disks the menus were still
the same. Help!
