how can i restore the contacts I have just deleted

I deleted all my contacts by mistake then thinking that i can get them by
sybching my treo and instead lost all the contacts ther as well any help
would be appreciated

Hi,

If you haven't already emptied your deleted items in Outlook, you should be able to recover them from there. If you are connected to an Exchange server, there is a chance that your
system administrator can recover these for you. If neither of these are a valid option for you, you'll need to try and recover them from a backup .PST file (if one exists). If you have no
backup of this file, as a possibility, search your hard drive for all.PST files (search for *.PST) and open any extra .PST files you find in Outlook to see if they might have your information.
