how can i revert to outlook express from outlook 2003?

I just did a full install of office 2003, and did not stop
to think that outlook would stomp outlook express, which
may be simple, but works just fine for my mail client
needs. How can I get back to OE? Uninstalling outlook did
not do it.

Alternately, in new outlook, can I get my old folders view
back for my various email accounts...I really liked that
organization much better.
