Start a new blank document. Then go to FORMAT | STYLE. Select NORMAL from
the list. Click the MODIFY button. Use the FORMAT button there to change the
font, paragraph, etc. The make sure ADD TO TEMPLATE is checked. Then
OK/CLOSE your way out. You won't need to save that particular document, but
Word will save the NORMAL.DOT template when you exit. The next time you
start, all your blank documents should have the formatting you setup for the
Normal style.
