How can I see all my tasks

We have been using groove for a while and have around 10 workspaces shared by
5 people.

Is there a way to see all the tasks assigned to a particular person accross
all the workspaces at one particular time?

This would be really useful when we have team meetings.

Hi Mr Green -

I don't think there's any 'out of the box' solutions to this.

If you're using the Standard Groove 3.1 Task Manager, you're out of luck.
Groove Networks never added any hooks to allow folks to read the contents of
the task tool. You can manually export the contents as an XML file which
Excel might be able to make sense of.

If you're using as Forms based task manager such as the Issue Tracker tool,
your taks info is accessible by the outside world via programming the Groove
Web Services API. See this forum or the Groove Forms Development forum for
further info.

I forgot to say that we are using TD TaskList from Team Direct.

Maybe I should be asking them

Hi -

Not sure if the TD product aggregates many spaces / tools into one - one of
the downsides of a time-linited evaluation is that folks don't get enough
familiarity with the tool to explore all the corners. I'd be surprised iof it
doesn't.

Oddly, we haven't had many requests for this. However, all you Groove users,
here's an opportunity to weigh in. Would a simple reader aggregating all
tasks across your Groove workspaces be useful?
