how can I setup view of team calendar

I have been asked by my boss to set up a business development team calendar
to view all team members (who have already given their permissions)
activities. We are using Outlook 2003 and don't have sharepoint at this
point to use in conjunction. How do I set this calendar up for him to see
all participants in one calendar? I realize I could color code, but not sure
how to get to that point. Please explain if it's possible.
