How can I share a pst file between outlook 2000 and outlook 2003

I have two computers, one with outlook 2000 and one with 2003. I want to be
able to access the same email account and the same .pst file on both
computers. I can manage the file sharing part, but how do I create a .pst
that both outlooks will recognize and be content with?

You need to create the older style (Outlook 97-2002) .pst file, as the
Outlook 2003 .pst file will not be readable by earlier versions of Outlook.
Outlook 2003 will be able to read the older style .pst file.

Please instruct me how to create "older style" .pst file.

FIle>New>Outlook Data File. Select "Outlook 97-2002 Personal Folders FIle
(.pst)"
