How can I stop a Template in word from manually feeding?

Ok I can't figure this out for the life of me. There are certain templates
that my company uses. You can fill in the templates fine, but when you go to
print even when you select the try you want it to print to, it tells you that
you have to manually feed the document.

Why is that and how can I change it.?

In the print dialog box (File, Print) change the setting for the printer
to NOT be the Manual tray.

Bob I did all of that and no matter how much I change it, it stills reads
manually feed letter on the printer.
