How can I stop users from resizing text

I want to keep users of my webpage from resizing text. Is there a way to
cancel this user option?

No. No matter what you do, all modern browsers will allow users to resize
your text content (unless you make it all into graphics).

You don't want to do that! Unless you want users to get mad at you,
leave your site, and not come back again.
