How can I tell if I have ms office on my computer.

I can't find power point. How do I install it? What do install? I have
msoft xp. The download site is confusing. I have a service pack 3
installed. I don't wnat to screw up my computer. Please help.

MS Office must be purchased seperately.

If you have a retail version of Office you've purchased you just put the
CD into the CD drive and it should open, click on the "setup.exe" to begin
the installation.

If you had Office installed on your old computer it's probably an OEM
version and can't be legally installed on a new computer, check the EULA.

If you don't have Office and you only need to open PowerPoint files you
can download a free PP Viewer from here:

One more option if you don't have Office and don't want to purchase it,
check out OpenOffice, it's free and will open most MS Office files.
