How can I transfer the fonts from one computer to another?

My office computer has a font that I wish to have on my home computer. How
can I transfer it? I believe I have Windows XP in the office and Windows XP
PRofessional at home.

Copy the font to a floppy or CD. Copy the font to your hard drive, right-click,
properties, clear read only, install.
