How can I TURN OFF!!! the Access 2007 "Save Export Steps" ?

Access 2007 Always asks me if I want to save the Export Steps - as a separate
screen to which I must respond. It's a time waster. Is there a way to turn
that off?
Also, when I HAVE saved export steps, It get 2 or 3 extra screens after I've
utilized the saved export. I don't have time for all those screens.
HELP, how can I turn them off. Thanks

For a saved exports, I only get an extra screen, and it less steps then
before.

However, I often hit ctrl-g, and use the command prompt

eg: type the following in the command prompt window:

docmd.RunSavedImportExport "exFax"

When you do the above, you get no prompts at all.

I think if you have to do a lot of these exports, then consider making a
form, or even a custom ribbon, and the whole process can become a one click
affair.

I don't believe the wizard screens etc. can be turned off. However, what is
great about computers is that once any task becomes repetitive and boring is
the very instant the opportunity arises to use some code to automate and
reduce that workload.
