how can i work from finish date to up the schedule

i am starting from finish date and want to come up. My finish date is Sep
28th. This is 12th and last task. Are all the tasks above this will have
Predecessors on top of them. I am going down to top, but will i have
predecessors from top to bottom. I want to add up days going from finish
date. What kind of constraint should i use and how the sucessors will look
like.

Hi,

Numerically, simply insert columns like "Latest Start" and "Latest finish.
If you want to show these on a Gantt Chart, create a new view which is a
copy of the Gantt Chart
(View, More Views, New); in that view Format, Bar Styles; Wherever in the
fils From and To you see Start and Finifh, replace by Latest Start and
Latest Finish

You could also in Project Information replace "Schedule from start date" by
"Schedule from finish date" but that makes you lose sight of the earliest
dates - and it is good practice to start everything as soon as possible if
you don't want your project to hopelessly overrun!
