How do I activate ABC Check? Mine doesnt work!

My ABC Check does not work! ALso, my clip art doesnt work. it used to work,
but then one day it just stopped. it said that it is missing a file. is ths
true, or can you tell me how to fix it? Help me. Im desperate!!

My first step would be to do a Detect & Repair. Choose
Detect & Repair from the Help drop down menu. Have your
installation disk handy.
