How do i activate my computer when my product # doesnt work?

I have a offical number on my Certificate of Authenticity and the product key
number and other number doesnt work for the acitivation of my computer. I
tried dozens of times and it is still not working. I have informations needed
on this computer in Microsoft and I cannot locate them due to my error in
activating. Please help.
