How do I add DHTML formatting to text in Word 2003?

I want to have a single sentence that when hovered over will display a short
paragraph description. I could do this with DHTML conditional hidden text but
I don't know how with Word as my editor.

My files are saved as .mht format as they are hosted as online documentation.

Closest Word has is Insert/Comment. Word itself is NOT an HTML application and
does NOT support DHTML.
