How do I add months to an existing calendar?

I have an existing calendar from August 2004 through September 2005. I want
to preserve the formatting and I have discovered the only way to do this is
to add dates to the existing calendar. But I can't find anywhere how I am
supposed to add months to my existing calendar.

Did you create the calendar from a wizard? When you open the calendar does the
calendar options task bar appear? If it does you should be able to change the date
range.

If this isn't the case, add some pages to the end of your calendar, copy and paste...

This is a calendar that was created by someone else and personalized with our
company graphic. I am able to change the date range but as soon as I do, I
lose all the formatting and graphics from the original calendar. If I copy
and past new pages at the end of the calendar in order to save the
formatting, then I have to go in and change each of the individual calendar
dates by hand.
