how do I align bulleted text that is more than one line?

When using PowerPoint 2003 when bulleted text is more than one line, the
second, third etc. lines begin where the bullet is rather than lining up
under the first line of text.

View | Ruler, then move the bottom indent carets so you have a hanging
indent.

After you have used the View, Ruler to see the margins/hanging indents,
pressing the Ctrl key when you are amending the hanging indents gives you
more flexibility.
