How do I back up office data - where is it typically located on t.

I want to routinely back up my office data (tasks, stored messages, contacts
etc). I don't know where this data is at, or what file its in, on my hard
drive. In a typical installation, what file(s) contains my office data, and
where can these file(s) be found on my hard drive? Thanks.

I find the simplest way is to back-up the Document and Settings folder tree,
it contains a lot of stuff you probably don't wan't to back-up, but unless
you're restricted for space, why wory?

Programs > Microsoft Office Tools > Save My Settings Wizard

You should also manually backup your "My Documents" folder
to a safe place (like a flash memory stick) on a regular
basis. I do it once a week.
