how do i change the font colour in the menu for publisher?

the options in the menu bar when you have selected a presentation the text
for the options the colour is cyan how do i change it? where eould i have to
go to change it

If you are using Publisher as stated in your message heading, format, color schemes
and change the color scheme. Or highlight the text and click the text color.
