How do I change the name of a category?

Does anyone know how i can change the name of some existing custom-named
categories that already have hundreds of contacts assigned to?
Thanks a lot for your help.

Group your contacts by category. Select all in the category you want to
change, right click, choose Categories, and make the change in that dialog.
