How do I convert a .php file to use on Publisher 2003?

I have files that I produced in Home Publisher 2000, but now want to convert
for use on Publisher 2003. Does anyone know how to do this?

Any version of Microsoft Picture It! or
Digital Image will open the HP2000 .php
files.

If you no longer have the HP2000 program,
you can download the free 60 day trial version
of Digital Image 2006 for the conversion.

However, you can not open them for editing
in Microsoft Publisher...the best you can
do is as JoAnn says. When you open the
files in a compatible program...you can
....Copy / Paste...into a Publisher document
but all you will have is an image...not a
layered/editable project file.
