How do i convert a print catalog to an electronic catalog in Publ.

I have designed a catalog in publisher for print, now I want to convert it to
a pdf file that i can send to customers through e-mail so they can view the
catalog with adobe with the pages in order, How do I do this? I have
converted it to a TIFF but when i open it up the pages are out of order, any
suggestions.
