How do I convert a Publisher Newsletter into and streaming email?

I have a multi-paged newsletter doc that I want converted into one long page
(streaming) email newsletter...any ideas? or is this even possible?

a) I don't think streaming is the appropriate word - I've certainly
enver heard it used in this context.

c) This group is for discussions relating to programming using the
Publisher object model, typically in VBA. Your question would be better
posted to the general microsoft.public.publisher or
microsoft.public.publisher.webdesign.
