How do I convert the mail merge label into a viewable printable d.

I am trying to compose a label mailing list with mail merge that I can go
back into and add/remove entries at any time. I followed all the steps but
when I get to the complete merge and print stage nothing happens and I am not
able to view my mailing list in a document for review and print.
