how do I copy an excel sceen into word

I wish to copty the full screen display of excel including the tool bars etc.
into a word document

With the Excel file on the screen, press the print screen button. Go into
word and paste (ctrl + v or edit paste)

Press the Printscreen button on the keyboard with Excel open. Then
Select Edit, Paste, in Word.
