How do I copy e-mail into WORD without the header formula?

How do I copy an e-mail message into word WITHOUT getting the header formula?
I'm using Word 2003. I could do this task in Word 97. I want the header
information (name/date/subject/etc., but not the formatting which can't
really be changed once it is in Word.)
