Using Microsoft Photo Editor, I am able to Copy and Paste into a non-Office
application (e.g. Lotus Notes) with ease. However, Office Picture Manager
does not allow me to Copy / Paste into a non-Office application.
Is this a bug, a deliberate design decision, or is there a setting I can
tweak?
I would prefer not to revert to MS Photot Editor as my default picture or
jpeg viewer.
