How do I create a group to email to?

Can someone tell me how I create a group to email to in Outlook?
I have to email several people at the same time.
Each time, I have to type in each name seperately.

Any help would be appreciated.

File-> New-> Distribution List.
Place the distribution list in the BCC field to avoid people seeing
eachothers address
