How do I create a office manuel

Hi, I just join new Manger position and I have been asked to create a new
hire Manger manual or like welcoming package all the necessary information in
one bundle befor an other new manger start a job. Need help creating one..
any one have good ideas or web link where can I start my project.

I suggest you try to find a more appropriate newsgroup that deals with
Office/Word problems.
