How do I customize the Legend in MSProject ?

I would like to create a customized legend in MSProject that contains color
boxes that explain what the different colors mean. I would also like to
explain what the different milestone shape mean (ie. down arrow is Phase II
milestone).

Is it possible to do this in MSProject?
