i have receiver an email attachment 609031.pdf (49KB) and dont know how to
open it can any help me i am 82.

The extension 'pdf' indicates that it is an acrobat portable document format
(pdf). Thus you need to have a pdf reader installed on your computer. You
can download one for free form
http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html

once installed by double-clicking on the attachment and selection open it
should open for you.

DON'T unless you scan it first for viruses - there's loads going round at
the moment that are full of viruses....
