How do I deactivate Office 2003?

I was given a copy of Office 2003 Home User Program Edition by my workplace.
I wish to reinstall it on a different computer, but at present cannot
activate it on other computers. It is possible to move the Office license to
a different computer, and if so how should I move it?

Activation and Registration of a Microsoft Product

After uninstalling from the first computer then installing on the second
computer choose the telephone method to activate then tell them that you are
moving office to a different computer and you should have no problems. See
above link for more info on activating.
