This newsgroup pertains specifically to issues regarding the MS Project
project management software application. I'd suggest you post in one of the
newsgroups dealing with your particular email application (if it's a
Microsoft application that would likely be MS Office Outlook or Windows
Outlook Express.) That being said, there's no way I know of to introduce
such a delay as such and I'm really curious why you'd want such a delay. If
it's to allow time to connect to your internet provider through a dialup
modem there's a better way than a delay on each email and if it's to give
you time to change your mind there's a better way for that as well.
