How do I designate a different and specific printer for printing .

I would like to have my default printer be different than the one I use for
envelopes and not have to go to the printer selection each and every time
that I want to do one or the other.

There are two ways around this -

One is to set the envelope printer as default and to use the method
suggested at http://www.gmayor.com/fax_from_word.htm to print other
documents to an alternative printer.

The other is to use an envelope template (there are samples to download from
my web site) and intercept the print command in the template to use the code
described in the above web link to print envelopes to the envelope printer.

Printer information is not saved with documents or templates.
