How do I do this?

I am looking for information on how to do something but I don't know what it
is called. Here is what I am trying to do: I am making a template for a
proposal. In this template the Client's name appears approximately 30 times.
How can I set up the template so all the salesperson has to do is type the
Client's name in one area and then everywhere else in the template, the
Client's name should appear, it would automatically fill it in.

Any input would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you. I found that answer after my question appeared on the board with
a few others and there was one asking the same question.
