How do I dump Outlook folder (tree) structure to word or excel?

I want to clean up my Outlook folder structure, but I would like to dump what
I currently have so I can categorize and organize into a new structure.

Is there a way to dump the folder tree into word or excel?

I want to print it out so I can decide what folders to rename and/or move
around.
