How do I edit document properties contents

Under File, properties, contents I cannot find a way to edit the data. I have
copied part of a document into a new document and this data has been carried
over to the copy, but is not appropriate.

OK now I woke up. I see that I edit it from a different tab on the properties
window. Sorry for posting before using common sense!
