How do I eliminate text shifting to the left of page when convert.

When I convert an imaged document to word text, the entire document has been
shifted to the left of the page, logo's at the top of the page are placed at
the bottom of the page. How can this problem be eliminated? Using Window
Office Professional 2003, specifically Scanning and Imaging.
