4. In the available field option select all the earned value fields and add
it under fields to export

Hi Dennis,

Manmeet has given you some information on exporting timephased earned
value information to Excel. You can also export non-timephased data
(similar to the Earned Valued table) to Excel.

1. File > Save As and choose Excel Workbook as the file type. Name the
file and select a location to save to.
2. In the Export Wizard, choose Next >.
3. Choose Selected Data and choose Next >
4. Choose Use existing map and choose Next >
5. Select either the "Earned value information" map. The Earned value
information map contains the fields found in the Earned Value table.
6. Follow the wizard through and you may add any additional fields you
like to the export.

I hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.
