How do i find out what Visual Studio 6.0 service pack is installed?

When you open VB, the Service Pack number should appear briefly on the
splash screen. Or, after VB is open, click Help, then About. The first
line in the window should say something like: Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0
(SP#).

I have a problem that an MDE made in access 97 has been
converted to work with access 2000. On one machine this
works fine, and on the other i get the error
message "Unrecognised Database File Format" Can you
suggest any reasons why this may be? i thought that maybe
one computer had the service pack 4 but the other doesnt.
when looking at the version where you say look the one
that works says Service Pack 4 and the one that doesnt
work says Service Pack 6.
Also the only main difference i can see is that the one
that works has
VBA Version: 6.04
the one that doenst work has
VBA Version: 6.00

Any suggestions?

Thanks

One reason for seeing the "Unrecognised Database File Format" message is
when you try to open a newer version Access database (say an Access 2000
mdb) with an older version of Access, say Access 97.
