How do I fix the error occurred while trying to launch the Remove.

Hi Folks, I am now getting an error message "An error occurred while trying
to launch the Remove Hidden Data Tool, try reinstalling"...I use Office 2003
on a Windows XP Pro machine.......any ideas folks ??????? It used to work but
for some reason doesn't want to work anymore !!
