how do i get back the cotacts details?

i was traying to transfer the file to my document , it seems taht i moved it
to a new file which i can`t find it any more

thank you for help
i was traying to save my contacts on cd , i transfered it to a new folder(i
can`t remeber which one),now i can see the contacts as attachement on (draft
e-mail),
the question now, as long as the data still there ,how can i return it back
to contact file in order to autosync. with my pocket pc?

Can you save the attachment from the message in your Drafts Folder?
What version of Outlook?
