How do I get project costs for 8.5 hours / day working time?

'am trying to build a project plan with 8.5 hours of work time per day. I
have shcnges the working time in the calendar. When I roll up costs, it only
takes 8 hours/ day. Please advise how I can get project budget with 8.5 hours?

You were almost there....
Tools/Change Working time...
Make adjustments there.
Then click the Options... button, pull the Calendar Tab
Hours per Day 8.5
Hours per week: 42.5
days per Month 20 (or 22 if you like)
