HOW DO I GET RID OF THE MESSAGE 'THIS DOCUMENT WAS SENT TO PRINTER

everytime I print I get a pop-up message that says 'this document was sent to
the printer'. It's annoying and unnecssary. Can anyone help and tell me how
I turn this off or if I can?

It's not an Office issue. I know for a fact that if you use Google, you'll
find the answer. that's how I did it. I don't remember where the setting is
because it's a once and done deal.

It is an Operating System setting, in the Print Server properties.
Please look up Print Server in Windows Help and follow the links for
settings.

If you have Windows XP, then click on Start | Control Panel | Printers
and Faxes | File | Server Properties | Advanced... the bottom two to
four options relate to print notifications... uncheck the ones you don't
want.
