how do I get the office assistant to come on w/o using a cd it ke.

everytime I try to get the office assistant to show it tells me that I need
to install it and when I do it tells me that I need a CD inserted to have it
installed I should already have it installed on my computer but it shows that
I need to install it, does anyone kn0w what I can do?
