How do I have template automatically insert JPG on different PCs?

I'm setting up a template to be used by mulitiple users on different PCs.
Each user has a JPG specific to them (their signature) that I'd like to have
the template insert automatically when it is opened. The JPG is stored in the
same file location on all PCs. How do I tell the template to do that?
