How do I hotsync multiple handhelds to the same profile?

When the batteries of my Palm Visor went flat I had to reset the Visor as all
the data was lost. However, when I went to download the data from my PC,
Outlook would not allow the Visor to hotsycn and download as I have done on
many occasions. A window appeared with the message, "check on the on-line
help for syncing multiple handhelds to the same profile". I have not been
able to find the method to do this. Please help.
