How do I hyperlink multiple pdf's into my excel spreadsheet

I scanned multiple documents to a pdf file which are stored on a CD and I
want to be able to hyperlink from my excel spreadsheet a copy of the
individual scanned documents which are located on my E drive without having
to hyperlink each pdf indivually.
